Hello! My name is Gayle. While I'd love to share the unabridged story of how I went from 27 years in corporate America to Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, for now, I'll get the ball rolling with some highlights so you know just a bit more about me (and when we meet, I'll share great pics and more of the nitty-gritty of my story!)
Starters. I'm 53 years old. I have 2 smart, inspiring kids in their 20s. I earned my BFA in Graphic Design from The Center for Creative Studies and I worked as a leader in the business world for 27 years... and then I decided to shake things up.
Oh, yeah. There's something else you should know. I was severely overweight for most of my adult life. My body ached. I was exhausted all the time. I was uncomfortable in my own skin (and clothing) and I hated... and I mean hated to exercise. I thought I knew how to lose weight but in reality, I had no clue.
In 2010, I hit rock bottom and decided to commit to my personal well-being and over the following 2 years, I lost more than 60+ pounds and finally understood what it felt like to feel and look my very best. It took hard work, commitment and consistency.
Skip forward. I earned my first fitness/nutrition certification in 2017 and for more than 4 years I have been helping people learn how to reach their personal health goals.
My Credentials and Experience:
PERHAPS YOU CAN RELATE?
"I need to lose 25 pounds in time for my special day!"
"My gut always hurts. How should I change my diet?"
"I eat healthy and exercise every day, so why can't I lost weight?"
"I know what to do, I just can't seem to do it."
"I have no idea what I need to do... I'm overwhelmed."
SET GOALS > APPLY SKILLS > TAKE ACTION
